In 2014, veterans of the vibrant Bay Area improv scene, Nick Obando (sax), Eli Wallace (keys) and Aaron Levin (drums) formed Sound Etiquette. This agile trio melds avant-garde & free-jazz aesthetics with more contemporary styles to create music that looks both forward and backward as it pays tribute to creative musical traditions while reinvigorating them with a distinctly modern character.
